A misconception about successful people is that they are born with some special talent or they have more mind than we do. But at the time of making such opinions, we fail to realize how much hard these people have worked; how many failures they have fought with! So, in this list, let’s know about three very successful world famous people who miserably failed before getting success in their lives.
#1 Steve Jobs
Steve Jobs was the founder of Apple company. Today, Apple is known in the world as leader in consumer electronic products and Steve Jobs is remembered for his “passion for perfection” and his “reality distortion field” leadership.
However, before such massive success of Apple, Steve faced very hard time when he was an student as well as the founder of Apple. Steve worked hard in life to defeat those Failures and earned Success with his will-power, dedication and hard work.
When Steve was in college, he was addicted to drugs. Somehow, he got rid of it; dropped out of his college and founded “Apple Computer Inc.” in 1976.
Things were going well in Steve’s life till 1985 when some conflicts arose between Steve Jobs & John Sculley (“the then CEO of Apple”). Using his position, John forced Steve to leave his own company.
Steve resigned from the Apple, the company he founded back in 1976. This proved to be a turning point in Steve’s life.

Steve Jobs did not let his failure decide his fate. Instead, he went on in search for his next invention and launched his next big company “NeXT” to manufacture computer for higher education.
In around 1997, Apple was making huge losses as Microsoft has launched its Windows 1995 & Apple was far lag behind Microsoft. Apple promised to make a better software than Microsoft but that was not possible without Steve Jobs and his latest software – “NeXT”. By then, NeXT has begun licensing its software. NeXT was the software that all Apple needed. The negotiation started between Apple & NeXT & resulted in NeXT acquired by Apple for $ 427 million & Steve again joined Apple.
So, the failure of Steve Jobs at Apple pushed him to find his next best innovation as “NeXT” that changed the life not only of Steve but his company as well which hit the sky high success by using NeXT software in its Mac computers.

#2 A.P.J. Abdul Kalam
Abdul Kalam – “The Missile Man of India” inspired hundreds of millions of lives and was the most beloved President India has ever seen. It is clear from the name that was given to him when he was promoted to the post of President of India: “People’s President”!
Behind Kalam’s Success too, there was a major failure that Kalam overcame to move ahead in his life.
Kalam’s dearest dream was to become a fighter pilot but Kalam failed to realize the same when he got ninth position out of 25 candidates and was not recruited as only eight slots were available in the IAF (Indian Air Force).

On failure to accomplish his most cherished dream, Kalam didn’t stop and later became the most renowned scientist and Missile Man of India. Not only this, Kalam later was elected as President of India twice.
If kalam would not have failed to become a pilot, he would never become such a great scientist and President (that too for two times)!
